Comp Air Compressors:
The comp air compressors are the extensive know how and experience in designing manufacture, supply and installation of air compressor of various designs, capacities and pressure for a number of applications. These compressors have been designed for minimum power consumption, lower operating temperatures and maximum efficiency which make them most economical.

Operational economy:
Perfect inter cooling, large flow area of valves make the operation most economical. Compressor has automatic loading & Unloading arrange ments. Three step capacity control is provided for optimum machine of capacity with load to achieve power saving at part loads as optional accessory.

Ease in maintenance:
Automatic cushioned valves are ideally positioned foe easy maintenance.

Long life:
All the constituent parts of these compressors are very carefully engineered and designed to ensure long life.

Low inventory of spares: Many of the models covered have common parts e.g. connecting rods, bearings, Valves etc. This give Flexibility of selecting only one or more models of different capacities without proportionate addition to spares inventory.

Compactness:
Intercooler is mounted under the compressors Fly wheel o save space and eliminate undesirable Drain carryover to cylinders.

Separate cast Cylinders:
each cylinder is separately cast, precision bored to close tolerances and bolted to the crankcase. If a Cylinder fails, only that one cylinder needs replacements. No need to replacement entire crank case block. Deep radial fins on outside effectively dissipitate heat to air flow flywheel fan.

Finned inter coolers:
Finned copper tubing dissipitates heat six time faster than bulky cast iron, number of tubes per nest increases with compressor capacity - a cooler - running more effcient compressor using less power. Finned inter cooler Lengthens valve life, reducing valve inspections.
